Jason goes to Children Hospital....................

After our day at the pumpkin patch, our little pumpkin had a little "issue" ( no photo's)
We noticed that while changing Jason he was "pooing" black and purple!!

We called the Peditrician and everyone in my phone and we were told Take Jason to the Emergency room at Childrens Hospital! Black poo is not good or normal, it could have been a sign of blood! Turns out it was all ok and only mommy and daddy lost a few heart beats, Jason was fine and probably wondering why we were so freaked out and why we were going out so late ( 7:30 pm very dark outside!)

So we decided to take some photo's and we will also have Jason's X ray to add on here soon! Yes they gave us a copy of his x-ray for his baby book!

Jason playing in the hospital bed!

Daddy napping while waiting for the Dr to come in!

Jason taking it all in stride, and yes I think he was laughing at Mommies nerves! We got the all clear and left shortly after! One healthy boy!

We have been making the rounds at lots of the pumpkin patch's in the Pacific Northwest! Jason seems to be totally un-impressed! In fact he either gets fussy or just sleeps through them!! The weekend weather has been so nice here for the past few weekends so we have decided to take advantage of it and go out and see the area and the tree's changing!

See Jason checking out the pumpkins wondering where am I now??

Jason hanging out and wondering WHY mommy WHY??

Oh so cute! and nice and warm!!

Say goodbye to a friend and hello to others

Well we are back from our whirl wind trip to Houston for the funeral of Angie Elliott. The service was beautiful and fitting for Angie. There were tears, alot of them, and laugh's too! Jason was a trooper and blessed us with a quiet afternoon!! A light went out when Angie passed here on Earth but a beautiful candle is glowing in Heaven now!

It was nice to catch up with friends and family in Houston. We were able to stay with my brother Jon. He was thrilled to see Jason and how much he has gown! Jon's dog Alexis thought Jason was a new toy for her to play with and followed us around a lot. She would sit at his bed and whine to play with him or stand on her back legs and beg to play with him!

We had fun seeing everyone, Stephanie was there and played with our little man! he seemed to love Aunt Steph!

We also went to Chico's where Mommy used to work to see Cynthia and Ms. Kay. Jason got to meet the former First Lady Barbara Bush who said he was one of the most beautiful babies! Mommy was not comfortable asking for a picture but everyone there saw and heard her. Even Mrs. Bush's secret service agent declaired him a beautiful baby! My heart was singing! Mrs. Bush has always been a hero of mine and it truly was a highlight of the trip for me!

Here is Jason with Ms Cynthia! Congradulations on your new BLING!

Jason cuddeling with Ms. Kay

Jason also met Aunt Leslie and Uncle Stu. Mommy forgot the camera at this point, she was still on cloud nine about meeting Mrs. Bush! But Stu and Leslie loved on Jason and we all went to dinner!

Mommy failed to get a photo of Aunt Tish but we LOVE the bomber jacket and santa out-fits! Jason will be the rought and tumble little boy in the "camo" outfit and I am sure he will hide and fit into the greenery in our back yard next summer in the outfits! Thanks Aunt Tish!

Uncle Howard ( bubby) with Jason at Lunch

Due to Hurricane Ike my brother Jon had to move office's and we went to see it!

Jon at his desk working hard!

On our last day in Houston we had dinner with my cousin Eric the soon to be Dr who gets a lot of calls from us, his wife Gina, Eric's grandmother Mary, Uncle Howard and a friend of Howard's Maddie! YUMMY BBQ!

The Dr to be learning to feed the baby!

We saw Mommies old Dr. Dr F and his nurse Holly, to show him what we finally did! That was a fun moment! Holly loved on Jason a lot and just stared at him in awe! Dr F was pleased to see him and hugged mommy in congradulations!

Mommy just flat out forgot pictures of Erin. We saw each other twice and I was so excited to see her that I forgot to get photo's! Erin knows that she is loved by Mommy and Jason and we have the photo's in our minds and hearts!

The loss of a friend and a inspirational person

Angie before her last brain radiation treatment

This morning we got the news we had been dreading, a friend of ours in Houston finally succombed to Inflamitory breast cancer. Angie Elliott fought hard and long, getting diagnosed just 2 months after her May 2004 wedding, in July of 2004. Angie pushed herself harder then most healthy people and inspired many to fight the good fight. She got so much done for Inflamitory Breast Cancer research and tought us all so much about not only cancer but about ourselves. I know that in life we all whine about things and little issues in life but when we stand back and look at the issues of others there are always people with worse problems then we have. Yet Angie would always be concerned with others plights. When I lost all my babies even the first one as she was finding out she had cancer she would reach out to me. And in June and July of this year she was still in awe of Jason, while she was fighting for her life. She would see his pictures I sent out and send a reply, that was touching. I am so sad that we were not able to see her when we were in Houston last, we asked her and her husband Colin to the shower but Angie was not up to it...I have copied some pictures from her website that Colin kept us all upto date on.

Angie and Colin when Angie's hair grew back brown and curly!

Angie will be missed! She truly inspired others in her fight, she fought to the end hard, there were times that the Dr's said this is it and she bounced back. We were all thinking that she would bounce back again this time and in time she would beat this horrible killer called cancer. We all have to donate and some how some way find a cure for this silent and fast killer!

The blessing about Angie passing on, is her personal walk with Jesus Christ her personal Lord and Saviour. Through it all she kept her faith and even made it stronger. A true inspiration. I know that the angels above are singing on high welcoming our friend to her eternal home. A home where she is complete again and we all think she has hair again!

BIG BOY!!!

Well Jason had his 4 month check up and it was all good news!!! Jason is 15 pounds and 25 inches!!! He is no longer in the premiee phase. He is in the 50% of kids his age! Yipee!!!

We were also told to start some solid foods and boy does he like applesauce the one we started with! Next we are trying pears, pea's carrots and sweet potatoes........... I see a mess coming!!!

Jason also has a new car in his life. We decided that my Jetta was just a little to small for all his stuff, the stroller and if I had to take the dogs anywhere so Daddy bought Jason a Honda Oddessy and is letting Mommy drive it! HAA HAA HAA ! Jason was not so sure about the car at first but he loves it now. You can see the side by side of the acura we sold and the van we got here. It is not really silver more a bluish color but hard to see in this light. It is AWESOME, DVD to keep Daddy and Jason busy, reverse camera since it is so big easier for Mommy to see what is behind her, Navigation and hands free stuff, in other words it has buttons and toys!!!

One of our first outings in it was to see the Salmon jumping the ladders in Issaqua, Jason was not impressed with the huge fish. The ladders were closed but the fish were jumping!!

We are getting ready for the colder weather that is on the way here. The high's this week are in the 40's and low 50's but never fear this coming weekend it is supposed to go back to the 80's. I just pray no one gets sick.

Speaking of sick there is a reason that it took so long for me to post. I was not sick but I have had a bad break out of my skin eczema. It decided to cover my whole body and made even the easiest things very hard. So sorry for the lack of posts while this was going on!!! I will work had to make sure it does not happen again ( I really hope!)
